I was on digg.com today and came across a link to an article on cnn.com that was truly heartbreaking. I won’t go into detail about the incident or the article because you can go there and read about it yourself, but suffice to say, it was about five adults and a twelve year old child torturing a disabled pregnant woman to death. This awakened my ongoing hatred of our justice system here in America, not because these individuals were let off or even tried yet, but because it was allowed to transpire at all.

I could not help but think that if our dumb ass justice system did not waste it’s damn time with worthless shit like marijuana smokers, pirated music/movies or steroid usage in Major League Baseball, that this poor woman may still be alive and her one year old son would still have a mother. It seems that most, if not all, Mayors, Governors, Police departments and even the FBI are more interested in the appearance of fighting crime as appose to actually fighting crime. This whole thing makes me sick. These things that committed this murder and torture and overall degradation of a human being should be subjected to the exact same treatment until they die as well.

I have got to say I feel it is about time we bring back the eye for an eye justice system. All five of these people (if not the twelve year old child as well) should be starved, beaten with baseball bats, stripped naked, doused with scalding liquid, shot with BB guns, burned with a glue gun and forced to run around outside naked along with any other thing they did to this poor woman up until the point they all die from the treatment. Wait, maybe a public execution would be a better idea. Nothing like seeing dead bodies swinging in the wind to convince you to actually be a decent human being instead of a murderous animal. I have no problem whatsoever killing someone in self defense or in battle, but the the hell did this poor woman do to any of these animals?

I blame the neighbors that admitted they witnessed some of this treatment but did nothing to stop it. I blame the local police department and the overall justice system for not hunting down and weeding out true criminals. I blame our society for breeding such hatred and producing such animals. This was an act of pure evil. There is absolutely no good in these people and they no longer deserve to take up space on this planet.

For reasons such as this, I know I could never be a police officer, especially in a large city. This event is not isolated either, these kinds of heinous acts are committed every single day. Why in the world does our justice system spin it’s wheels on shit that does not matter instead of rooting out evil like this? I drive down the Freeway every single day to and from work and I see police officers trying to jack people for speeding just to meet their quota of speeding tickets each month and it is bullshit. Why are they not out looking for real criminals? Why are their entire task forces assembled to find and eradicate marijuana fields? What stoner ever did anything like this? On a side note, why the hell is marijuana not legal? That is an entire article in itself.

I have gotten to the point where I am afraid to let my wife and children go anywhere by themselves these days. I always feel like I have to be with them or I am worried and it sucks. My wife likes to do the whole craig’s list thing so she meets with strangers often and we have an understanding that she is not to do this while I am not there. If a situation comes up where we both can’t be there, then I go alone instead of her. I shouldn’t have to fear all people because there are so many nutjobs out there but this is reality.

Quit wasting time and tax payer money going after some minuscule thing just because some special interest wants you to. Stop trying to arrest 67 year old women, who have no idea what file trading is, just because their 13 year old grandson downloaded some lame Metallica song. Stop trying to boost your departments revenue by handing out as many speeding tickets as you can. Stop holding Congressional hearings about some retired baseball player taking steroids years ago. And for God sake, leave the damn pot smokers alone. They are the least of your worries.
